Bryn Bettws Lodge offer accommodation for groups taking part in outdoor activities in and around the Afan Valley. Mountain Biking, Educational Visits, Corporate Days can all benifit from staying in the Lodge. The Swansea area of South Wales is rich in activities for young people, youth groups or corporate team building events.

Important Notice

The Forestry Commission have on safety grounds closed the Wall until early summer 2007. Don't worry this is only a slight hindrance to our visitors we can now use a permissive path that runs across from Bryn Bettws Lodge to the top of the Skyline. This will make Skyline more attainable as you are already riding at altitude from the Log-cabins. Riders can descend into Glyncorrwg on Skyline and then ride Whites Level if they are up for it. The Penhydd Trail from Afan Argoed can be accessed from a cycle trail starting on the outskirts of Tonmawr.

Bryn Bettws Lodge is being converted into a modern 40 room accommodation for the purpose of groups who wish to enjoy the many outdoor activities that are on offer in the area.

For use by youth, educational and corporate groups the lodge offers comfortable accommodation, en-suite bedrooms, many on site facilities and all meals.

For those who are visiting the area in smaller groups Bryn Bettws also offers well appointed Log Cabins.

The area around Afan Valley in South Wales is rich in Outdoor Pursuits. Mountain Biking on the famous MTB trails, walking and rambling over the mountains of South Wales, climbing, water sports on rivers and on the sea and equine activities riding on horse or pony .

The area is also rich in history and close to the beautiful South Wales Coast line.
